New Standalone initial configuration

On unix (linux, mac, freebsd, sun, ...) run:

	mkdir context && cd context
	rsync -ptv rsync://contextgarden.net/standalone/setup/first-setup.sh .
	./first-setup.sh

On windows you can download context-setup-mswin.zip, unzip it and run first-setup.bat.

to download the latest XeTeX binaries for linux
